Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Guided Tours and Driver Guide Services

I understand that travel plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies to my services:

Cancellation by the client:
– Up to 14 days before the scheduled date: no charge
– 13 to 7 days before the tour: 50% of the agreed fee
– 6 days or less / no-show: 100% of the agreed fee

Rebooking:
I will always try to accommodate rescheduling requests in a flexible and straightforward manner – please contact me as early as possible.

Cancellation by me:
If I have to cancel due to valid reasons (e.g. illness or force majeure), no costs will be incurred. Any prepayments will be fully refunded.

Special arrangements for multi-day tours / research services:
Different conditions may apply to custom-designed multi-day tours or genealogical research. These will be clearly stated in your offer.
